dsh-file-download：把 Sidebar 預覽的文件下載到遠端瀏覽器

DSH Sidebar 文檔預覽只渲染不交付原文件，遠程訪問時 Open 在 Host 本機打開，/api/file 又易內聯展示且約 20MB 上限。dsh-file-download 在 Host 提供鑑權流式 GET/HEAD /api/file-download，並在預覽標題欄與無法預覽空狀態加入 Download 控件，支持 Range 續傳與中文文件名。安裝爲 profile 本地 file: 路徑，需 pnpm install 並重啓 dsh web。MIT，維護者 wilsonchengassistant，聯網工具類插件。
