@wangmuy/dsh-provider-dispatcher

`@wangmuy/dsh-provider-dispatcher` is a general-purpose provider dispatcher that resolves conflicts when multiple DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugins share capabilities, such as search or fetch. Configured via `cordis.patch.yml`, it injects subplugins into isolated realms, uses setup scripts to intercept subplugin registration calls, and proxies dispatch to all subproviders. It supports parallel merging and fail-fast strategies, and allows custom merge functions. Note: if a subplugin is a bundle, it must be removed from the bundle configuration; otherwise, it will bypass the dispatcher and register directly.
