dsh-host-rsi: DeepSeek Harness Host-Side Memory and Self-Evolving Plugin

DSH-host-rsi is a host-side plugin designed to solve the “goldfish memory” and infinite-loop issues of local LLMs. It achieves model “self-evolution” through signal-ladder reliability weighting, prevents repeated mistakes via five-state delivery guardrails and a convergence-guidance mechanism, and offers persistent memory with crash self-healing.
