DeepSeek Harness Plugin: View the Runtime Environment and Plugin Manifest

`dsh-settings-about` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) that visually presents DSH runtime information on the Web interface’s Settings page. Through the “Settings → About” entry, it collects and displays real-time details such as the DSH version, license, installed plugin list, system environment (Node version, DSH_HOME), network listening addresses, and credentials version. Installation requires DSH version `@deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.1-rc.1` and supports only the `web` Profile. Plugin data is truthfully sourced from the current running process and is not fabricated if missing. Installation and update commands are provided.
