DSH Release Guardian: Deterministic Release Risk Checks and Quality Gates

DSH Release Guardian is a local release risk-checking plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to prevent risks from being missed in manual reviews. It supports scanning Git changes, applying metadata rules, automatically detecting test and build commands in multilingual projects, and generating human-readable or JSON reports. It provides CLI usage and integration with the Codex/Claude Code ecosystem, supports generating versioned reports, and registers tools in DSH. By default, it performs read-only checks, and code-inspection actions require explicit authorization. Installation requires a Node.js environment. The license is MIT.
