dsh-journal-monitor: Push Notification Plugin for Monitoring Economics and Management Journals

The DSH plugin dsh-journal-monitor is designed to address the challenge of automated monitoring of papers in economics and management. It provides seven tools that support fetching content from NBER, arXiv, and Chinese journals, keyword filtering, deduplication, and push notifications. After installation, the model gains the corresponding permissions and operates in dry-run mode by default. Configuring environment variables enables push notifications via Bark or Feishu. The current version depends on the dsh-tools API and is suitable for developers who need automated tracking of academic developments.
