DSH Plugin: dsh-turn-cost — Show RMB Cost Below the Input Box and at the End of the Conversation

`dsh-turn-cost` is a DSH client plugin that displays conversation costs in the interface. It reads token consumption from the DSH event stream, converts the amount to RMB based on pricing tables, and shows the cost below the input box and at the end of each response. The plugin supports peak and off-peak pricing, includes built-in fallback prices, and allows users to customize the exchange rate and number of decimal places. To install it, place the plugin directory in the DSH profile plugin directory and restart DSH.
