dsh-qq-notify: A QQ Notification Plugin Based on Local NapCat

This plugin provides DeepSeek Harness with a set of native tools that enable QQ interoperability via a local NapCat bot. It supports fully automatic NapCat deployment, background startup and shutdown, status checking, and private message sending, and offers configuration modification, directory detection, and full-system scanning.
