dsh-egress-router：按目标分流的 DSH 出站路由插件
DSH 进程级 HTTPS_PROXY 会让账号页、插件市场等与模型 API 共担代理故障。dsh-egress-router 由 funny0A0 维护，为每个外连目标在本机 127.0.0.1 开回环端口，可选经 clash 等上游转发，其余直连。支持扫描发现、探活、仅改 baseURL 的备份与回滚、应用后真实请求自检、指标与 relay 中转、声明式补丁自愈与配置漂移校正。需 Node≥20、DSH 桌面≥0.2.1-rc.2，经 profiles/desktop 用 pnpm 安装并写入 bundles。设置→插件→出口路由完成扫描与应用。
