dsh-popout-sidebar: pop-up artifact sidebar

The dsh-popout-sidebar, maintained by e2mcc, provides a persistent "Artifacts" sidebar for the DeepSeek Harness Web UI. It enables real-time tracking of files generated by write/edit and shell operations, supports multi-type previews and edit diffs for code, Markdown, images, and other formats, and offers a one-click pop-out feature to open as an independent tab, which can be dragged to a second monitor.
