dsh-quality-score: DeepSeek Harness Plugin Quality Scorecard

dsh-quality-score is a plugin quality assessment tool designed for the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) ecosystem. Based on npm metadata, it generates an overall score from 0 to 100 and a grade (A-F) for plugins through a standardized framework. It includes six components—manifest, peer-resolvable, dist-tag, dead-ranges, freshness, and dsh-tools-peer—and can identify configuration issues while providing remediation suggestions. It supports single or batch scanning via the CLI and can also be invoked as an Agent tool. The plugin has zero runtime dependencies, is read-only by default, and is easy to install.
