dsh-shadow-mind: A Parallel Cognition Runtime for DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-shadow-mind` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to provide the main agent with parallel cognitive capabilities. It uses a heartbeat scheduler to randomly activate configured “shadow agents” after a main-agent turn.
