dsh-okf-memory: Session Memory and OKF Knowledge Consolidation Plugin

`dsh-okf-memory` is a long-term memory plugin within the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) ecosystem, designed to address the difficulty of reusing context after an agent session ends. Based on the OKF v0.1 specification, it automatically distills high-value content from conversations into standardized Markdown documents, enabling automatic recall and retrieval across sessions. Core features include a neural self-learning mechanism that dynamically adjusts memory weights based on user feedback, a technology-selection memory function that records candidate tables and decisions across dimensions such as frontend and backend, and memory graph visualization (Web-only), which allows users to view nodes, connections, and weight information. The default memory repository is located at `~/.dsh/memory/`. After installation, the plugin injects a “memory discipline” system prompt, requiring no build scripts and ready to use out of the box.
