dsh-plugin-allcrash：用硬约束把「禁止插件」写进 Host

dsh-plugin-allcrash 是 YV3507 维护的 DSH Host 插件，在配置的插件被加载、启用、已安装或尝试安装时，默认立即崩溃 Host 并写入 crash-reports。支持 allcrash.json 名单、semver 与 warn/deny/crash 分层、pre-execute 拦截 plugin_manager 及看门狗扫描。零依赖，参考 Forge allcrash。安装：dsh plugin add github:YV3507/dsh-plugin-allcrash。
