DeepSeek Harness High-Resolution Image Recognition Enhancement Plugin

`dsh-highres-vision` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to address quality degradation caused by vision model limits on image pixel counts (640k) and file sizes (4 MiB). The plugin is enabled only for DeepSeek models. It relaxes and standardizes request validation limits, such as allowing 32 MiB and 8192 px per image, and automatically raises the model budget to 1,690,000 pixels and 8 MiB, ensuring high-resolution image processing. A core feature is automatically splitting large images into chunks no larger than 1300×1300 for recognition. The plugin depends on Node.js and `jimp`. After installation, DSH must be restarted, and configuration must be manually cleaned up during uninstallation.
