Anno for DeepSeek Harness (native)

`@philmingdao/anno-dsh-native` is a native DeepSeek Harness plugin that integrates Anno’s core capabilities into the Harness process. It provides an HTTP review server, session persistence, and six model tools, guiding the Agent via system prompts to follow a “review-handoff-resolution” workflow while eliminating MCP bridge overhead. Installation requires the DSH profile mechanism and supports configuring the data directory and host type. The plugin adopts the Cordis architecture, has zero external dependencies, and is suitable for lightweight review of local HTML files.
