dsh-plugin-text-quote: DeepSeek Harness Conversation Text Annotation Plugin

The DeepSeek Harness plugin `dsh-plugin-text-quote` allows users to annotate text directly during a conversation. It provides an annotation dock on the left side of the input box, supports annotations on selected text, editing, and deletion, and can inject annotation content into the message stream using the `<!-- dsh-annotations -->` marker, enabling the model to generate responses based on this context. In sent messages, annotations are displayed as capsules. The plugin runs entirely locally and uses the MIT license.
