DSH Plugin Manager: DSH Settings Plugin Manager

dsh-plugin-manager is an MIT-licensed plugin management bundle for the DSH ecosystem, designed to provide a centralized plugin management interface for both Desktop and native Web profiles. Through the `Settings → Plugins` panel, it integrates features such as categorized plugin browsing, GitHub marketplace search, installation, updates, uninstallation, and restart prompts, addressing the previously fragmented operations across command lines, repository pages, and marketplaces. The tool supports duplicate installation detection, prioritizes npm for installation with a fallback to GitHub source when unpublished, and includes semver version checking for source-based plugins along with a pnpm build approval mechanism. It requires Node.js version 20 or higher and can be directly accessed after installation.
