DSH Conflict Manager (P2M)

dsh-p2m is a DSH plugin conflict manager maintained by GiantAxeint, designed to resolve crash issues caused by duplicate service registrations with the same name, version drift, and similar problems. Its core features include automatically intercepting conflicts, isolating culprit plugins based on duration of use, and providing unified management of plugin startup, shutdown, and priority. P2M uses a hierarchical priority mechanism and features trial gating, pre-start health checks, and zero runtime dependencies. Users can install it via the CLI; after installation, it works automatically, and its conflict management API can be invoked through `ctx.p2m`.
