DeepSeek Harness Plugin: dsh-graft-plugin

`dsh-graft-plugin` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to address the challenge of providing models with code call relationships and structured context. By making a prebuilt code graph available upfront, it offers models precise code indexing tools. The plugin provides status chips in Composer—showing synced, rebuilding, or expired status—along with various model tools, such as code lookup, call-chain analysis, and API structure retrieval. It supports Web Profile and desktop application installation, and features automatic index rebuilding and code graph visualization. Before installation, the `graft` CLI must be installed globally. After installing the desktop version, a manual update is required.
