bocha-ai/dsh-web-search-bocha: Integrate Bocha Web Search for DeepSeek Harness

This article introduces `@bocha-ai/dsh-web-search-bocha`, a WebSearchProvider plugin (v0.1.0, MIT license) for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) powered by Bocha Web Search. It follows the DSH "everything is a plugin" philosophy by installing a bundle patch with a single command to set the web Profile's `searchProvider` to `bocha`, thereby routing `ctx.web` search requests to Bocha's Web Search API. The plugin parses `BOCHA_API_KEY` credentials on every search, supporting key rotation without requiring a restart, and automatically maps result fields to Harness.
