dsh-peak-badge: DeepSeek API Peak/Off-Peak Billing Status Badge

`dsh-peak-badge` is a plugin for the DeepSeek Harness desktop client, designed to help developers stay informed of pricing policies in advance. It uses local clock calculations to display a visual status capsule on the left side of the input box (amber for peak pricing, neutral for off-peak pricing) and provides detailed information cards, a countdown, and pre-switch reminders. It also supports system notifications, light and dark theme adaptation, and Chinese/English language switching. Install it with `dsh plugin add github:tuoLuoSuan/dsh-peak-badge`.
