dsh-zotero: Enabling Agents to Search, Read, and Cite Local Zotero Libraries
dsh-zotero is an MIT-licensed plugin for DSH designed to integrate a local Zotero library into Agent workflows, addressing the issues of lacking verifiable sources in context and manual operations interrupting the conversation flow. This plugin provides read-only access capabilities, supporting searches by title, author, and other criteria, browsing library structures, reading individual item metadata, notes, annotations, and attachments. It also utilizes the BM25 algorithm to extract relevant evidence paragraphs from full texts and notes. Additionally, it features incremental awareness, attachment path localization, and the ability to export citations in multiple formats such as BibTeX and RIS. After installation, the Agent can perform literature searches, abstract extraction, and evidence localization through specific commands, enabling automated citation generation.
