用 dsh-milestone 給 DeepSeek Harness 會話加上 Git 風格的里程碑導航條

dsh-milestone 是 SnowCrescenter-tech 維護的 DeepSeek Harness Web 插件，在會話右側畫出 Git 風格圓點時間線：每條提問一個圓點，懸停查看輪次、耗時、TTFT、模型和 token，點擊跳轉。支持搜索、書籤、鍵盤導航和 #msg= 深鏈接。目錄安裝命令爲 dsh plugin add github:SnowCrescenter-tech/dsh-milestone，當前版本 0.6.0，MIT 許可。插件以當前 dsh 進程權限運行，搜索範圍限於已加載消息窗口。
