dsh-lint-loop：面向改动的质量闭环，只修代理引入的新问题

dsh-lint-loop 是 DeepSeek Harness 社区工作流插件（v0.6.0），在首次编辑前捕获 lint/type/test 基线，Fast Lane 处理新 lint 回归与 lint_repair，Completion Lane 校验 lint delta、类型与受影响测试。历史失败保留为债务，默认仅对新回归 bounded steer，结束时给出可核查的 Quality Receipt。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-lint-loop@0.6.0。支持 balanced/fast/strict 模式，不捆绑 linter，需 Node 22+ 与仓库自有工具链。
