dsh-plugin-git-bash：讓 DSH 在 Windows 上默認使用 Git Bash

`dsh-plugin-git-bash` 是一個用於 DSH 的插件，旨在讓 Windows 環境下的 DSH 默認使用 Git for Windows Bash 替代 PowerShell，同時完整保留 DSH 原有的 `read-only`、`workspace-write` 和 `danger-full-access` 權限語義。該插件以 bundle layer 形式安裝至 DSH profile，不修改 DSH 主安裝目錄，支持 `standard`、`code`、`cordis` 和 `minimal` preset 及 Web Agent 統一使用 Git Bash 執行命令。
