dsh-model-connection-test：在 Settings → Models 里探测模型是否真能应答

Willmylife 维护的 DSH 插件 dsh-model-connection-test，在 Settings → Models 页底对每个可路由模型发起最小 chat 往返（Host 内 ctx.llm.stream），展示 Harness 失败码与首包/总延迟。支持单测、全测（并发 3）与 catalog 刷新；CLI 安装：dsh plugin --profile <profile> add 官方 Git URL。要求 DSH ≥ 0.2.0，MIT 许可，凭证不离开 Host。
