dsh-plugin-git-bash：让 DSH 在 Windows 上默认使用 Git Bash

`dsh-plugin-git-bash` 是一个用于 DSH 的插件，旨在让 Windows 环境下的 DSH 默认使用 Git for Windows Bash 替代 PowerShell，同时完整保留 DSH 原有的 `read-only`、`workspace-write` 和 `danger-full-access` 权限语义。该插件以 bundle layer 形式安装至 DSH profile，不修改 DSH 主安装目录，支持 `standard`、`code`、`cordis` 和 `minimal` preset 及 Web Agent 统一使用 Git Bash 执行命令。
