dsh-report-ledger：把「彙報」做成代理之間的一等交互原語

dsh-report-ledger 是 stone-brick 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，將「彙報」做成代理間一等原語：front matter 縮略進入上下文，正文與 append-only 傳遞路徑落盤於本機 report-ledger。提供 report_author、send、cc、ack、amend、close 等工具，對齊 DSH 0.2.0-rc.2，web profile 附帶會話「彙報」時間線標籤頁。安裝：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-report-ledger，重啓 profile 後生效。
